Dr. Goel did a fellowship in intensive care medicine from Erasme University Hospital, Belgium, and in sleep medicine from Prince Royal Alfred Hospital, Australia.
He was awarded a Life Time Legend Award and a national award for his research in pulmonary interventions from the National College of Chest Physicians.
Dr. Goel holds over 25 publications in various national and international journals.
He is a fellow of the Indian College of Critical Care Medicine, National College of Chest Physicians, Indian Sleep Disorders Association and the Indian Association of Bronchology.
