Dr. Lalit Kumar is a renowned Medical Oncologist with over 30+ years of experience.
His expertise lies in performing bone marrow transplants to treat multiple myeloma, chronic myeloid leukaemia and other haematological malignancies.
He completed his MBBS and MD (Medicine) from Sarojini Naidu Medical College, Agra.
Dr. Kumar did his DM (Medical oncology) from Adyar Cancer Institute, Chennai.
He has received a postdoctoral fellowship from Royal Postgraduate Medical School of the Hammersmith Hospital, London and Fulbright Scholarship from the United States of America.
In 2008, he was recognised with Dr. B.C. Roy Award and in 2014, with Padma Shri Award.
Dr. Lalit Kumar is an active member of Indo British Health Initiative (IBHI), Institute of Women’s Health (IFWH) of the University College of London (UCL) and Expert Committee to examine the Serious Adverse Events (SAE) of deaths occurring during clinical trials.
